Your questions
are our concerns
What is ABA therapy and why is it recommended for my child?
ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is a specialized therapy proven to target the typical challenges experienced by individuals with autism. With ABA, children continuously practice and develop new skills. This behavior repetition, along with significant positive reinforcement, helps the child learn to initiate the appropriate and positive behaviors on their own.
ABA is the ideal therapy method for children with autism who often lack the necessary skills to know when and how to act appropriately.
My child does not have a formal diagnosis. Can they still enroll in Bounce Preschool?
The policy differs by state and insurance specifications:
Vermont: Children without an official ASD diagnosis may still be eligible for our program if other criteria are met. For more information, please contact our intake specialists at (802) 304-4042 who can assist you further.
New Jersey: To enroll, a child must have an ASD diagnosis.
To assist with the waitlists and backlog of the diagnostic process, Bounce is proud to partner with diagnostic doctors to speed up the turnaround time in receiving an evaluation/diagnosis.
If you would like to schedule a diagnostic evaluation for your child, please call:

New Jersey: (732) 243-0098
What are the benefits of a full preschool setup vs. in-home ABA sessions?
There are many benefits!
To list a few:
- We have a full clinical team on-site all day, every day. Our BCBAs and other supervising clinicians are hands-on, guiding the behavior technicians on the best ways to implement each child’s individualized action plan.
- Our preschool has a loving and empowering social atmosphere. This setup allows your child to be comfortable—and thrive—in a large social environment, which may have otherwise been exceedingly overwhelming. It helps build core social skills when being amongst peers and prepares the child for a mainstream school setting if that is the right next step for them.
- Parenting a child with autism is challenging — and time-consuming. Our full-day program ensures you can have your days for yourself with the peace of mind knowing your child is under the care of an expert team.
Can I enroll my child at any point during the year?
Yes!
Although we are a preschool, we have a rolling admissions policy, so you can enroll your child at any point in the year.
What are the program hours?
Monday – Friday 8:30AM-3:30PM
We are open on all business days except for legal holidays.
Additionally, there is an option for an extended after-hours program. If you are interested, call (800) 880-3372 for more information.
What is the cost of the program? What exactly is insurance covering?
Bounce Preschool is fully covered by insurance for children with an eligible diagnosis. Any parent costs are determined by the out-of-pocket specifications of the insurance plan (deductible, coinsurance, and copay, etc.).
Does your program accept Medicaid as an insurance?
Yes, Medicaid plans are accepted.
My child needs other therapies in addition to ABA, is that something you provide or do I need to have that scheduled outside of the ABA therapy center hours?
We are excited to now offer additional therapy modalities — Speech and OT — at our New Jersey location!
These services not only increase the convenience for our parents (your schedule no longer has to revolve around running to various appointments) but also allows us to further our mission of helping and developing the needs of the FULL child.
